Meet Bonnie

As a fourth-generation Atlanta native, Bonnie Smith is the authority on the towns and communities of one of the world’s greatest cities. While Bonnie shares her hometown of Atlanta with her parents and grandparents, she and her husband Brad made North Atlanta their home in 2005. They raised their children Ben and Mary King in the Alpharetta/Milton area because of the great schools, the safe neighborhoods and the family-centric lifestyle — all characteristics of the communities north of Atlanta.

Bonnie is a graduate of Florida State University. She and her family are active members of the North Point Community Church in Alpharetta as well as of several local community and service organizations. When she’s not working for her clients — whether they are buying or selling — Bonnie enjoys tennis, hiking and spending time outdoors.



Meet Kathryn

Kathryn Gilbert harnesses her proven sales background, passion for the real estate industry and genuine enjoyment in working with people to help her clients navigate the North Atlanta market.

Kathryn graduated from Florida State University and enjoyed a successful 10-year career in the competitive world of surgical device sales for several large Fortune 500 healthcare leaders before transitioning to real estate. This role provided her with a substantial business acumen that easily translates to her clients in real estate. Specifically, it afforded her the opportunity to gain experience navigating contracts and price negotiations. With a genuine authenticity, Kathryn builds trust and provides value by always keeping her client’s needs at the forefront of a complex and ever-changing real estate market.

Highly relationship-oriented with a sparkling sense of humor, Kathryn finds common ground easily with every client. She is also acutely aware that your home is one of your largest investments and therefore, everything related should be handled with care and professionalism.

Kathryn currently resides in Milton with her husband and two children. She loves the area for its quality of life, family-oriented atmosphere, and award-winning schools. Active in her community, she volunteers with Milton Friends of CHOA. When she’s not working with clients, Kathryn loves spending time with her family and friends, playing tennis, cheering her children on in sports, and dining at delicious local restaurants.


Meet Alex

Leveraging extensive experience in the local market, Alex Robinson serves as a trusted real estate advisor for clients at all stages of life as a member of the Bonnie Smith Group. In partnership with the No. 1 brokerage in Metro Atlanta, he combines in-depth knowledge of the area with world-class resources, tailoring his services for each client’s specific needs. A consummate negotiator with a passion for working closely with individuals and families during significant life transitions, he has facilitated numerous sales throughout the city and surrounding suburbs.

Raised in the Vinings/Buckhead area, Alex attended McCallie School in Chattanooga, Tennessee, before studying psychology at Auburn University. After honing his innate gift for connecting with people in the hospitality industry, Alex transitioned to full-time real estate. His background equips him with invaluable insights into human behavior, enhancing his ability to navigate real estate transactions with empathy and understanding. Known for his professionalism and personable approach, Alex excels at making the client experience as stress-free as possible, particularly for first-time homebuyers and young professionals. Whether mediating a complex negotiation or securing a favorable deal for an investor, he thrives on solving challenges and fostering genuine connections.

Meet Haley

With her nuts and bolts focus on operations, Haley Lenker ensures that all administrative tasks are covered. Haley has a keen eye for detail, and makes absolutely certain that your listing and closing process will go smoothly. Before joining the team, she worked at North Point Ministries in a variety of support and administration roles, handling things like scheduling, marketing communication, and contract management. Haley is a native of Roswell and has lived in the Alpharetta/Milton area for almost two decades. She and husband John have one son who attends Alpharetta Christian Academy.

Rebecca Nolley

Listing Coordinator

Rebecca enters all listings in MLS, as well as important online websites, and search engines. She then monitors the sites to assure that every detail, photo and online informational piece is correct.

Best in class photo and video services in a customized package to market your specific home. Example services include drone photography, 3D/virtual tours, floorplan sketches, renderings (new construction), lifestyle/location shots.

Professional Stager & Designer

We provide a complimentary 2–3 hour staging and design consultation to highlight your home’s most impressive assets, and help bring it to life in the eyes of buyers. We provide specific recommendations and resources that cover everything from paint colors to decluttering.

We fund and work with a group of talented content creators and designers to develop world-class marketing pieces such as postcards, targeted eblasts, brochures and advertisements.
