“Are you looking for the perfect real estate agent? Well, you’re in luck because you just found the one! Nothing was scarier than the prospect of buying my first home. Bonnie was able to take all that fear away and truly made the process fun and enjoyable. During the first few minutes of our first meeting, I quickly recognized that Bonnie was incredibly knowledgeable, personable and most importantly, an all-around marvelous person. It was quick to love thy real estate agent. After Bonnie took the time to fully understand my wish list and budget considerations she then carefully walked me through the entire home-buying process. She then set-up an online account that allowed me to preview all the homes that she felt matched my requirements. This account was updated for me DAILY. Any time I had a question about a listing I could always email/text Bonnie and confidently know I would receive a quick and timely reply. Because of my job, my schedule is different every week and I thought this would significantly restrict when I would be able to schedule showings. I was wrong. Bonnie was able to meet with me and show me through every home that I inquired to see around MY schedule. At the beginning of every walk-through, Bonnie would provide a full paper report on the property and go through all considerations that she found during her research. It amazed me how much homework Bonnie would do on each property prior to our walk-throughs. For anyone questioning whether they need a real estate agent I promise their expertise is worthwhile. There were so many nuances and problems that I never would have noticed, in the many properties we looked at, that Bonnie immediately recognized. Bonnie is also not afraid to strongly advise against a property that she didn’t feel would be a wise investment. Even when she knew such news wasn’t what I wanted to hear. I definitely needed some tough love at one point. I’m sure there are plenty of agents that would have taken advantage of my ignorance, allowed me to close, and pocketed their commission. But Bonnie was determined to find me the perfect home and didn’t mind how long or how much work it would take to make that happen. We looked at A LOT of properties. Don’t let Bonnie’s sweet demeanor fool you. She is a beast of a negotiator and once we found the right home she worked hard to get me a great deal and closing terms. We were under a time crunch and Bonnie was able to get all required documents and signatures completed in under an hour. Did I mention this was on a Saturday? The day before closing the home suffered from extensive damage encompassing both floors. You’ll have to have Bonnie tell you the story. The next few days and weeks are when Bonnie really went above and beyond. A new contract, that was beyond complicated, had to be negotiated and what amounted to a near-full remodel had to be supervised. Not only are you only working with Bonnie, but you have access to her whole team. As you can imagine, other persons of expertise, i.e. lawyers, etc., were all integral in bringing a new contract together. Once we finally made it to closing, Bonnie was there before me going through the entire contract one last time to ensure nothing was missed. Bonnie was not afraid to interject at different times during closing to have the closing attorney verify and explain certain aspects that weren’t clear. After closing, Bonnie still keeps in touch and made sure that our move went off without a hitch. There is no mistaking how much Bonnie cares about her clients. I apologize for the melodrama, but I now sincerely view Bonnie more as a friend than someone who was my real estate agent. I couldn’t be more thankful that I chose Bonnie to help me buy my first home. You won’t find an agent with a harder work ethic and expertise in the home-buying process. You have my word that you’ll be just as thankful that you chose Bonnie to represent you and your family in buying your new home!"
