Milton

Living in Milton

The City of Milton was incorporated in 2006, and borne of the unincorporated northernmost part of northern Fulton County (including gently rolling hills, and beautiful equestrian communities). Since its creation, Milton has consistently ranked at the very top among Georgia’s safest, “highest quality of life,” and BEST places to live, and work. It’s also ranked the 6th most affluent zip code in all of Georgia.

Over the years, Milton has retained its rural heritage, and strong sense of community, and has become one of Georgia’s fastest growing communities.

So popular with its award winning schools, and central North Fulton location (adjacent to Roswell, and Alpharetta)… Milton truly offers the best of multiple worlds with its “close-by” proximity to so much shopping, dining, and entertainment. Milton is a charming and picturesque place to live that includes many beautiful equestrian farms with picket fences. Its well-managed development plans intend to keep it that way.
